Blog Site Problems

7th August 2019 — 6 Comments

Dick Stout first alerted me ( a while ago ) to problems accessing my blog. When he clicked, he was presented with the Bedford Button post of the 6th June. I hear that others are having the same problem and I reckon it was something I did around that time. Sorry. Fix below.

This what my front page looks like and is on every new post I make.

If you are presented with to old front page try hitting F5 on your keyboard to force refresh of the cache. If this doesn’t work try GOOGLING for a solution. There are many sites that will help you. Here’s another.

  1. I haven’t had a problem. Thank you for the acknowledgement, but you can use it any time without and I don’t charge royalties..

  2. Still having problems John, sorry. Ron Guinazzo is also having same problem.

  3. I’m at a loss . . . sorry.
This has solved problems for some subscribers.

Incidentally, when I click on my name from your site, it goes to my current post.

  4. I’ve realised that 6th June was when I made my site ‘secure’ . . . after many problems. In light of this I have raised a ticket with my host company. Let’s wait and see what they say.

  5. The chap in the armour looks prepared if anyone hits your F buttons on Settings.
Luckily we don’t need them with our Apple gear.
The site opened normally for me.
